Kishor Rewatkar born 10th Oct 1956,is an architect, educator, presently a Professor & Dean Research at Priyardarshini Institute of Architecture and Design Studies Nagpur; and simultaneously engaged in modest professional practice.He studied Architecture at Vishveshwarya Regional College of Engineering Nagpur and completed his Master in Architecture with distinction in dissertation at I.I.T.Kharagpur (1980)
Along with rich experience in full time teaching over thirty five years ,which also includes teaching Masters Courses for four years. Rewatkar is engaged in practice of architecture, interior and landscape design,for more than three decades.He has designed campuses for institutional, health care &hospitality, and amusement. His practice includes private residences, group housing , institutional and administrative buildings, hostels and landscape design. He was selected through competition as architect for design of Divisional Board Campus for Board of Higher Secondary Education, (M.S.);
Aurangabad Municipal Corporation, Amravati Municipal Corporation, Judges Housing Society Aurangabad, and his expert consultancy services were indented for Energy Efficient Design by State Public Works Deptt. He has offered his Architectural services for Dr T.M.A.Pai Foundation Manipal, Karnataka State, for twelve years.
Architect Rewatkar was the member of team which conducted research on ‘Manor Houses of Karnataka’ sponsored by Karnataka State Council for Science and Technology. He is pursuing doctoral research on “Affordable Quality Housing”(A.Q.H.) and is Research and Development Advisor for ARCH-CON INDIA Nagpur; a company developing ‘Sustainable Industrialized Building System’ for affordable housing.
Some of his designs are published in reputed architectural journals in India. His team has won National competition on ‘Composite Housing’ at Pondicherry in 1988.His projects were exhibited at National and Regional Conventions of Indian Institute of.Architects,at Mangalore, Aurangabad and Nagpur.
His papers are read and published at National and International conferences in India and abroad; and he is invited to deliver guest lectures on architecture at schools of architecture.
Prof Rewatkar is resource person for Council of Architecture India ( C.O.A.), All India Council for Technical Education ( A.I.C.T.E.),and National Assessment and Accreditation Council ( N.A.A.C.)to conduct inspections and academic audits at Architecture, Engineering and Pharmacy institutions. He has held positions as Head of Architecture at Manipal Institute of Technology, Manipal;Marathwada Institute of Technology, Aurangabad; Priyadarshani Institute of Architecture and Design Studies, Nagpur; and Lokmanya Institute of Architecture and Design Studies, Navi Mumbai as founding Principal.
He is active at Indian Institute of Architects Nagpur Centre since 2006, and has held the positions of Jt Hon Secretary and Vice Chairman. He is an advisory for upcoming schools of Architecture.

Priyanka Bodkhe
Priyanka graduated in Architecture with distinction and honours from Priyadarshini Institute of Architecture and Design Studies, Nagpur in 2008 and did her masters in architecture in 2011.She worked under Smita and Habeeb Khan Associates, Architects and Interior Designers and architect Aanand Chaati Associates, Nagpur. Priyanka is engaged in teaching and part time architectural practice simultaneously with teaching since 2009. Her total work experience as a professional is seven years. She has worked on institutional, residential, corporate projects as well as master planning and interior projects from sketch design to preparation of working drawings.
She is a recipient of honours and awards at National and state level competitions in Creative arts .She has maintained highest score in Architectural design at all semesters and received two University gold medals for highest marks in Design and securing first position in final year B.Arch degree course. Her final year project work was shortlisted among the top ten entries at the zonal level for national awards for the excellence in design thesis 2008, organized by NIASA. She is registered with Council of Architecture India, and an associate member of Indian Institute of Architects..
Her technical papers have been published in national and international conference proceedings.

AloK Tiwari is an alumni of M.I.T. School of Architecture, Aurangabad and a post graduate with honours in Construction Technology and Management from University of Technology, Bhopal.
He has completed courses in Earthquake resistant architecture from I.I.T. Kanpur, N.P.E.E.E. and Q.I.P. programs for architects at prestigious institutions. His proposal for Forest Research Centre at Jhabua was awarded “Best Research Centre Building” by Govt.of Madhya Pradesh .He was awarded third prize in the National competition for redevelopment of Bhedaghat ,Jabalpur” among 36 entries form all over the country .A residence designed by him at Saket ,Indore was covered by C.N.N;I.B.N.for its design interiors in a lifestyle program.
He has over fifteen years of experience in design and execution of various kinds of buildings which include high rise group housing, five star hotels, residences , industries and hospital buildings with established practice at Indore ,Madhya Pradesh. He has worked at RADS. in the beginning of his career. Currently associates for selected projects.

Shailendra Jaiswal is an alumni of J.N.E. College of Architecture, Aurangabad. He is practicing architecture for more than fifteen years and has designed architectural and interior projects for residential, retail, group housing, commercial and institutional. He has worked at R.A.D.S. before setting up his practice at Aurangabad and is presently working as Associates with R.A.D.S.

Er. Vivek Bhute
Vivek Bhute is a civil engineer with more than twenty five years exprience in Industrial Building Design, workshops and residential buildings. He is proficient in handling design coordination quality control with efficient management and organizational skills .He is also chief Executive Officer of ARCH-CON INDIA(Est-1981); A Centre for Research Design and Development Unit of Cost Effective Building System for Mass Housing Projects.
He is a recipient of Rashtriya Ratna Award 2012, Rajiv Gandhi Udyog Ratna Award 2013 and Global Indian of the Year Award 2013. Vivek Bhute is responsible for Strategic Management (Planning and Monitoring ) of all RADS Projects.

M.D. Ganesh is a civil engineer with experience as a site engineer at General Construction Company, Manipal and Rewatkar and Associates, Manipal. He has executed structures including residential villas, apartments ,commercial complex, hospitals, educational institutions and various projects for Konkan Railway .He is associated as Director Operations for Dakshin Kannada Region.

Prashant Ghuse is M.Tech in structure and a prominent structural designer at Nagpur. He has more than 20 years experience in structural design of varied projects which includes Apartments and Townships, Commercial complexes, Industrial structure, Indoor stadium etc.
He is associated with RADS since last eight years.
